Joey Baciocco

Joey is a fourth year member of High Voltage. He has been performing with EDMT for 11 years and has been in 25 shows. His favorite roles include Cat in the Hat/Seussical The Musical, Mr. Wormwood/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, Squidward Q. Tentacles/The SpongeBob Musical, Race/Disney’s Newsies, and Scuttle/Disney’s The Little Mermaid.

His training includes jazz, ballet, tap, voice, and improv. He also directed this year’s training show, The Junior League of Superheroes.  He loves playing the guitar and piano in his free time. Joey is a big fan of astronomy, Marvel, Arrested Development, and The Lord of the Rings.  He loves going on spontaneous adventures with his friends. He also has an irrational fear of Bruce from Finding Nemo.

Brayden Bambino

Brayden is a fifth year member of High Voltage. He has been with EDMT since he was eight years old and has been in 21 EDMT productions. Brayden is so excited to continue to grow as a performer with this incredible group. Some of his favorite roles include Jack Kelly/Disney’s Newsies, Mr. Wormwood/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, Horton/Seussical The Musical, Action/West Side Story, Marcellus/The Music Man and Prince Topher/Cinderella.

Brayden’s training includes 12 years of vocal lessons, seven years of jazz, and six years of tap. He always likes to think ahead and is looking forward to college applications and auditions this coming year. He has found so many amazing friends at EDMT, and wants to continue his growth and get to know new people in High Voltage. He likes to work hard in everything he does, especially in school, and he always works towards A’s in every class. When Brayden isn’t dancing, acting or singing his heart out on stage (or anywhere else), you can find him skiing, playing D&D with his friends, playing with his dog, Jet, or jamming out to a bunch of different Broadway show tunes.

Bronson Bambino

Bronson is 13-years-old and attends Sutter Middle School. This is his first year with High Voltage and he is ecstatic to be a part of it. Bronson has been in nine EDMT productions. Previous favorite roles include Nigel/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, JoJo/Seussical The Musical, Nibs/Peter Pan and Kristoff/Disney’s Frozen Jr.

Bronson’s other interests include football, baseball, skiing, and hanging out with his friends. Bronson has enjoyed performing throughout the years and is thankful for all the incredible friends he has met, experiences, classes and training from EDMT. He is especially thankful for Anjie and Debbie Wilson and feels he will carry all that he has learned with him for life.

Alayna Fredianelli

This is Alayna’s first year as a member of High Voltage. She is honored and excited to be a part of this amazingly talented group! Alayna, also known as Layni, has been on stage since she was six years old, and has performed in 20 EDMT productions. Some of her past roles include Mrs. Paroo/The Music Man, Charlotte/Cinderella, Yertle the Turtle/Seussical The Musical, Pepper/Annie, Curly/Peter Pan, Tweedle Dum/Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, and most recently Buttons/Disney’s Newsies.

Layni has been performing for family and friends since before she could walk. Her training includes eight years of acting, jazz and vocal lessons, five years of ballet for musical theatre, and seven years of tap technique classes. Layni is proud to be a part of SpecTAPular Elite in her fourth season with EDMT’s Tap Company. She has taken several master classes and intensives in New York City, and has been fortunate enough to perform with Disney’s Dance the Magic on Broadway and in Disneyland. In her spare time, Layni enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies, and listening to music. She loves all genres of music and depending on the day, you may find her listening to Les Miserables, David Bowie, Billy Joel, or Conan Gray.

Jack Gregory

This is Jack’s second year as a High Voltage member. He is very excited to be a part of this fantastic group! He has been with EDMT for two years and loves being on the stage! Some past roles he has played are Morris Delancey/Disney’s Newsies, Mayor Shinn/The Music Man, Duke/Cinderella, Larry The Lobster/The SpongeBob Musical, Chad/All Shook Up, and Shan Yu/Disney’s Mulan Jr.

His training includes two years of jazz, three years of vocal training, and two years of acting, most of which has been with EDMT. In Jack’s free time, he loves to sing, watch movies, and play video games. His biggest dream is to be on Broadway in New York City!

Mackenzie Haar

This is Mackenzie’s third year as a member of High Voltage, and she is beyond grateful to be a part of such a talented group! She is going into her 10th year with EDMT and has been in 22 productions. Some of her favorite past roles include Katherine Plumber/Disney’s Newsies, Mrs. Paroo/The Music Man, Gabrielle/Cinderella, Bird Girl/Seussical The Musical, Security Guard/The SpongeBob Musical, Leticia/West Side Story, Lead Indian/Peter Pan, and Winifred/Disney’s The Jungle Book. She was honored to receive the Gypsy Robe during the filmed production of The SpongeBob Musical in 2021. 

Mackenzie has been training in jazz, ballet, vocal, tap, and acting over the past nine years. She also started teaching jazz classes at EDMT in the start of 2021, and can’t wait to continue teaching PAI classes this fall. Along with this, Mackenzie recently worked as Assistant Choreographer for EDMT’s production of Disney’s Frozen Jr. as well as the training show, The Junior League of Superheroes. One of her passions is working with children, which she got to continue this summer when being a counselor at three weeks of EDMT summer camp. Mackenzie has been a part of EDMT’s Tap Company, SpecTAPular, for the past four years and has performed in New York City and Disneyland with the group. She will be entering the next season as a Tap Company Assistant and is thrilled to be able to work alongside Miss Christine. In addition to this, Mackenzie participated in a program with the Broadway Collective this summer in order to further her skills. 

When not onstage, Mackenzie enjoys being with her family, playing with her two dogs, and creating memories with her friends. She also loves baking, reading, Disney, Christmas, music, the rain, and ice cream. Mackenzie will now be attending Folsom Lake College for the next year. She plans to pursue musical theater in her future and has begun applying to college musical theater programs. She is excited to see what the world of performing has in store for her! She is beyond thankful for the opportunity to grow her talents at EDMT and continue to use these skills when pursuing this passion in the near future!

Nathan Hansen

This is Nathan’s third year as a member of EDMT’s tour group, High Voltage! He is so beyond excited to continue this journey! He has performed in 18 EDMT shows and hopes to do many more. Some of his favorite roles include Albert/Disney’s Newsies, Ewart Dunlop/The Music Man, Old Man Jenkins/The SpongeBob Musical, and John Darling/Peter Pan. Nathan also performed in Tap Company for three years.

In his free time, Nathan enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies, and singing. Nathan’s dream is to become a Broadway actor in New York.

Maddie Jantzen

This is Maddie’s second year as a member of High Voltage, and she is thrilled to be able to perform with such a lovely group of people. She has been with EDMT for nine years and has performed in 22 shows. Her past roles include Bowery Beauty/Disney’s Newsies, Marian Paroo/The Music Man, Fairy Godmother/Cinderella, Bird Girl/Seussical The Musical, Valentina/West Side Story, Andrina/Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Beggar Woman/Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Ms. Teavee/Willy Wonka, and Biffo/Disney’s The Jungle Book.

Maddie has been dancing since she was three years old, and has trained in tap, jazz, and ballet. She has also assisted in teaching jazz and tap classes at EDMT. In her nine years with EDMT, she has also trained in voice and acting. She participated in EDMT’s master class week, dance workshops at Disneyland, and many master classes with Music Circus. She is passionate about the art of musical theatre and she hopes to be able to continue to perform for the rest of her life. She dreams of being an NBA wife and a stay-at-home mother of three.

Mikey Jantzen

This is Mikey’s second year with High Voltage, and he could not be more excited to perform with such an amazing group of people! In his past nine years with EDMT, he has done 21 productions. Some of his past roles include Romeo/Disney’s Newsies, Flounder/Disney’s The Little Mermaid, John Darling/Peter Pan, Mike Teavee/Willy Wonka, and more.

Mikey’s training consists of five years of jazz, two years of tap, six years of acting and three years of vocals with EDMT, as well as master classes from Sacramento Theater Company and Broadway Sacramento.

Mikey is currently a senior at Oak Ridge High School, with plans to pursue studies in theater and business. When off the stage, he enjoys working out with his friends, assisting in EDMT summer camps, and spending time with friends and family.

Adam Kosciuk

This is Adam’s third year as a High Voltage member and his first year as High Voltage Dance Captain. He is so excited to be performing with such a talented group of people. He has been a part of EDMT for the past five years and has performed in 11 shows. Past roles include Michael Darling/Peter Pan, JoJo/Seussical The Musical, Racoon/Cinderella, Hans/Disney’s Frozen Jr., Tommy Djilas/The Music Man, and Mush/Disney’s Newsies.

In the past five years he has trained in jazz, ballet, tap, acting, and singing. He was also a part of EDMT’s Tap Company for two years. He has big dreams of being a dancer on Broadway and hopes to dance for the rest of his life.

Leighton L’Engle

Leighton is ecstatic to be performing with High Voltage for her first year! She has been performing with EDMT since she was six years old and has performed in 20 shows. Past roles include Annie/Annie, Matilda/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, Elsa/Disney’s Frozen Jr., Chip/Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Slightly/Peter Pan, Thing One/Seussical The Musical, Morie/Disney’s Newsies, Coroner/The Wizard of Oz, and Featured Dancer/The Music Man

Leighton’s experience includes seven years of jazz, seven years of tap, five years of acting, four years of gymnastics, and ballet. She performed with EDMT’s Tap Company and was also featured in the 2022 Broadway Gala with Broadway Sacramento as the opening act for Tony Award winner, Stephanie J. Block. Leighton also performed in Broadway Workshop’s Pitch In: The Zoomical under the direction of Tony Nominee, Taylor Louderman. In her spare time she likes to read, travel, and hang out with her friends and family.

Madeline L’Engle

This is Madeline’s fourth year as a member of High Voltage, and she is so excited to perform with this talented group of people! Madeline has been performing with EDMT for 11 seasons, and has been in 24 EDMT productions. Some of her past roles include Finch/Disney’s Newsies, Eulalie Mackecknie Shinn/The Music Man, Karen the Computer/The SpongeBob Musical, Mrs. Wormwood/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, Bird Girl/Seussical The Musical, Miss Hannigan/Annie, Anybodys/West Side Story, Arista/Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Ursula Merkle/Bye Bye Birdie, Jeel/SpyQuest: An Agent 006-½ Musical Comedy, and Violet Beauregarde/Willy Wonka. She also performed as Fantine in Oak Ridge High School’s production of Les Miserables in 2021.

Madeline’s training includes 11 years of jazz, 10 years of tap, nine years of acting, and eight years of vocal instruction. She was the Assistant Choreographer for Disney’s Frozen Jr. and Assistant Director for The Junior League of Superheroes in 2022 and The Adventures of Captain Hyper in 2021. She is also a PAI Instructor and has been a counselor at EDMT’s summer camps for the past three years. She was also a member of EDMT’s Tap Company for three years. She has taken multiple masterclasses with Sacramento Theater Company as well as workshops in tap, auditioning, and musical theater with Disney Performing Arts. Besides theater, Madeline’s passions include reading, academics, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Hailey Miller

This is Hailey’s third and final year as a member of High Voltage. She is thrilled to be performing with such a talented group of people! Hailey has been performing with EDMT for 10 years and has been in 19 productions. Some of her favorite past shows/roles include Mrs.Bucket/Willy Wonka, Daisy/Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, Gabrielle/Cinderella, Zaneeta/The Music Man, and a Shark/West Side Story.

Over the past 10 years, Hailey has trained in jazz, ballet, tap, acting, and voice. She has also participated in many different workshops while attending the High School Theatre Festival, Lenaea. When not performing, Hailey enjoys rainy days, spending time with her friends, dancing whenever she can, playing the ukulele, and hanging out with her dog, Benny.  She hopes to one day live and work in New York, whether that means performing on stage or working behind the scenes!

Brooke Minnie

This is Brooke’s first year as a member of High Voltage. She is beyond excited to perform with such a talented group of performers! Brooke has been performing with EDMT for 10 years and has been in 22 shows. Some past roles include Anna/Disney’s Frozen Jr., Alice/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, Thing Two/Seussical The Musical, Kate/Annie and The Lullaby League/The Wizard of Oz

Brooke has been dancing since she was three years old. Those years include nine years of jazz, eight years of tap, and five years of ballet. She has also been taking acting classes for four years, and vocal training for three years. Beginning as a freshman at Oak Ridge High School, she hopes to continue to excel academically. When not onstage, Brooke loves being with family, traveling, hanging out with friends, and playing with her cat. She also enjoys painting, drawing, rain, Disney, the holiday season, and fashion. Brooke aspires to continue to perform as a career.

Katelyn Minnie

Katelyn Minnie

This is Katelyn’s third year in High Voltage and she could not be more excited to be performing with such a talented group! She has performed with EDMT for 11 years and has been in 28 productions. Some of her favorite roles include Ella/Cinderella, Bowery Beauty/Disney’s Newsies, Alma Hix/The Music Man, Marty/Grease, Allana/Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Cecile/West Side Story, and Margie/Bye Bye Birdie

Katelyn’s training includes 11 years of tap and vocal lessons, eight years of jazz, and six years of acting classes. She has also participated in workshops and masterclasses with EDMT, Music Circus, and at Lenaea Theatre Festival. Katelyn is a sophomore at Folsom Lake College. When not performing, she loves all things astrology (she’s a Taurus), playing the ukulele, drinking iced coffee, and spending time with her friends, family, and pets!

Cameron Renstrom

This is Cameron’s fourth year performing with High Voltage. He has been a part of EDMT for the past seven years, and has cherished it all so much. Some of his favorite roles include SpongeBob/The SpongeBob Musical, Crutchie/Disney’s Newsies, and Bruce/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical.

Over the past seven years, Cameron has been trained in tap, jazz, ballet, and vocals. EDMT has helped him hone his craft to a T and he plans to pursue performing professionally in the years to come. He very much enjoys performing with so many amazing and talented people, and appreciates the friends in his life that have shaped him into the person that he is now. 

Having just graduated high school this year, Cameron has a lot more free time. He spends it by playing the guitar and piano on a daily basis, hanging out with his friends, working, and watching movies. Cameron is excited to see what the coming year has to offer and can’t wait to share another great year in High Voltage!

Ariella Sanchez

This is Ariella’s third year as a High Voltage member and she is so excited to be performing with such an amazing group again! She has been performing with EDMT for four years and has enjoyed all of it! Some of her favorite roles include Star To Be/Annie and Pearl/The SpongeBob Musical, and Charlotte/Cinderella.

Ariella’s training includes four years of jazz, two years of ballet, and four years of singing lessons.

Ariella is a senior at District Christian Academy and is excited for what the future holds for her. When she is not performing, Ariella enjoys leading worship at her church, hanging out with friends, and serving others in the community. She hopes to keep spreading joy and love in the world through her singing and compassion.

Ashley Slavin

This is Ashley’s fifth year as a member of High Voltage, and she is so excited to perform alongside such talented people. Ashley has been performing with EDMT for 11 years, and has been in 23 shows. Some of her favorite roles include Hannah/Disney’s Newsies, Eulalie Mackecknie Shinn/The Music Man, Madame/Cinderella, Queen of Hearts/Disney’s Alice in Wonderland JR, Mrs. MacAfee/Bye Bye Birdie, Mrs. Teavee/Willy Wonka, Silly Girl/Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Mersister/Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Bird Girl/Seussical The Musical, and Mrs. Phelps/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical. 

Ashley’s training includes eight years of jazz, six years of tap, six years of acting, and seven years of vocals. She participated in EDMT’s master classes, and has also taken audition workshops at Disneyland. Ashley is a sophomore at Folsom Lake College. She is majoring in Biology and plans on pursuing a career as a doctor. When not performing, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and working out. She also loves Disneyland, Christmas, French fries (specifically from Red Robin), and being with her sisters.

Tori Turo

This is Tori’s second year as a High Voltage member, and she is so excited! She has learned so much from her first year and is so thankful for the people who have inspired her and pushed her to be a better performer. Tori has been performing with EDMT for seven seasons and has been in 15 shows. Her favorite roles include Elsa/Disney’s Frozen Jr., Zaneeta Shinn/The Music Man, Matilda/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, Annie/Annie, and Slightly/Peter Pan.  She is extremely grateful for how EDMT has brought her lifelong friends, even sisters.

Tori’s training includes five years of jazz, five years of tap, six years of acting, two years of ballet, and three years of vocal lessons. Tori has also had two years of piano lessons. Aside from performing, she enjoys going on walks, spending time with her mom and having sleepovers with her best friends. Tori hopes to continue performing in her future and possibly pursue a career in law!

Abigail Waymire

Abbie is so excited to be in her first year of High Voltage with these incredible people. Throughout her life she has performed for eight years, three in San Jose and five with EDMT for a total of 17 shows. Her past roles include Alma Hix/The Music Man, Hortencia/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, Stevie/Disney’s Newsies, Little Ti Moune/Once on This Island Jr., and Roquefort/Aristocats Kids.

Abbie’s training includes jazz, acting, vocal instruction, tap, and ballet. She also has five years of instrumental training on various instruments and is a published author. In her free time, Abbie enjoys writing, reading, learning fun facts, and spending time with her family. Abbie aspires to be more like those who have paved the way before her.

Evan Weishaar

Evan is ecstatic to be in his first year of High Voltage. He has been with EDMT since he was seven years old and has performed in 14 EDMT shows. Evan is very excited to be performing in this talented group. Some of his favorite past roles include Olaf/Disney’s Frozen Jr., Mr. Mayor/Seussical The Musical, Tommy/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, and Tootles/Peter Pan.

Evan’s training includes tap, jazz, vocals, and acting. When not performing with EDMT he enjoys competitive swim team. He also enjoys singing, playing board games, and spending as much time as he can with family and friends.

Zach Wilson

This is Zach’s 14th year as a member of High Voltage. During his 18 years with EDMT, he has performed in 56 EDMT shows. Some of his favorite roles include Davey/Disney’s Newsies, Harold Hill/The Music Man, Topher/Cinderella, Sheldon Plankton/The SpongeBob Musical, Miss Trunchbull/Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, Riff/West Side Story, Beast/Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Bert/Mary Poppins, Shrek/Shrek The Musical, Ebenezer Scrooge/A Christmas Carol, and Mal/The Addams Family.

Over the past 18 years he has trained in jazz dance, tap, acting, tumbling, ballet, and voice. He has been taking on more roles to refine his expertise through assistant directing, through various workshops, and as an instructor with the Performing Arts Institute.

Zach not only performs onstage, but works offstage too. He has been EDMT’s projection designer/programmer for the past 11 years, and has taken on set design as well. Zach has worked on many sides of shows such as Disney’s Newsies, The Music Man, Cinderella, The SpongeBob Musical, Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Peter Pan, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Shrek The Musical, and High Voltage cabarets. He has a passion for both the onstage and the technical art forms, and plans to keep doing it all!
